Western Colorado has the largest flat-topped mountain in the World!
It is called The Grand Mesa!
The Grand Mesa stands more than 10,000 feet above see level and spans hundreds of square miles. This is the reason it is widely known as the world's largest flattop mountain. The Gran Mesa is located East of Grand Junction and spans East between the towns of Cedaredge and Mesa on it South and North sides. The mesa has a total of around 500 square miles of which most is located within the Grand Mesa National forest.
